    Meetings of council members are conducted and the principal herself takes keen interest for exploring the opinions and views of the members in every important and crucial college matters whether it is a matter of purchase or a matter of discipline or any thing else so that all the issues / matters of college may be settled down by the mutual consultation of these members for the proper functioning of the college.

SOCIETIES: 
    To promote physical, mental and moral potential of the students, co-curricular activities of different societies and committees have been formed. For instance, English debating society. Urdu debating society, Nazaria-i-Pakistan society, Islamic society, Science society, Iqbal society, Jinnah society, Sports, variety shows, discipline committee etc. 

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROCTORIAL BOARD: 
    In order to consolidate the study circle and implement determined rules and regulations of administrative body of the college, Proctorial Board has been established. Mrs. Syeda Fatima Mubeen is the in-charge of this Board. Studious, regular and hardworking students of 2nd year and 4th year are selected. This selection is made purely on meritorial grounds or on the basis of their latest exams. Oath taking ceremony is held and dopattas and badges are distributed to the selected students.

TUTORIAL GROUPS: 
    According to the strength of staff members, the total strength of students is divided into various groups. Each group is allocated to the teacher/s. these groups hold their meeting once a week on Friday. Aim and objectives of tutorial meetings are to pay extra attention to weak students. By choosing different moral, social, ethical topics, staff and students discuss various issues which can contribute to mental, spiritual and moral growth & nourishment of the students.

COLLEGE DISCIPLINE: 
    Possession and use of mobiles, is strictly Prohibited within College premises, if found will be snatched and will only be returned to the parents with fine Rs.500/=. 
Students should be regular punctual and attentive in their classes, they should obtain the target of at least 75% of their attendance in each subject. It will be communicated every month. 
Name/ Roll No. may be struck off if they have less than 75% attendance. Students are bound to maintain discipline in the college, they should respect the principal, teachers, other staff and fellow students. A student absent from class/ bunks will be fined fifty rupees per period. Uniform should be neat and tidy. Cleanliness should be their motto. They should show good manners and etiquettes. Should maintain silence in Library. Class test is essential. Being absent, they will be fined Rs. 50/-
They should not damage College property. Make-up, jewelry items are also not allowed. The same for cameras and radios/ otherwise they may be fine up to 500 Rs, they should observe simplicity. Every staff member has the full right to check students for not observing the rules and any report brought before discipline committee by the staff will bring punishment to the defaulter and any student can be expelled from the College on account of disciplinary action. Misbehavior willnot be tolerated. No students can see visitors during college hours unless it is emergency. They will not take furniture out of class rooms. 
They should consult the notice board regularly. 
They should participate in games, sports Co-curricular and curricular activities. 
Every year on 14th August presence of every student is compulsory. Failing of this may result into fine upto 200/= without Medical certificate.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS
     Parents are requested to study the rules and regulations of the college.
     They should have a keen eye for fresh notices on daily basis.
     They should remain in touch with teachers and college management at least once a month.
     Consult some qualified person for the selection of subjects for the students before admission.
     Before payment of dues, read the notice board carefully.
     To pick the student, in emergency, during the college hours, the carrier will prove his/her
        identity/identification in the office by providing a photo copy of his/her I.D. Card.
     They should co-operate with teachers and college authority to maintain discipline for the progress of
        the college.
     Respect the merit system.
     Parents must come and see the college management on call for meeting in the best interest of their
        children.
     Restrict your children to obey and respect college discipline and faculty
