PROMOTION POLICY BA/B.Sc 2011. 

3RD YEAR PROMOTION EXAM APRIL 2011

1. Students failing in three subjects will be declared fail.

2. Students failing in two subjects will have to appear in the Re-Text Exam and ;
    a. She should pass at least one subject to be conditionally promoted to 4th year.
    b. No M.C will be acceptable in Re-Test Exam.
3. Fail in one subject will be promoted conditionally in class 4th year. They will have to clear the respective
    paper in September assessment test.
4. Absent from Re-Test will be declared fail and no further chance will be given to them.
5. M.C in Annual promotion Exam should reach the controller office before the examination ends Once the
    examination ends it will not be accepted.
6. Absent from any paper without M.C will be fined Rs. 500/- per Paper.
7. Rs. 300/- per paper will be charged for re-checking of paper. Failing candidate can apply within a week
    after the declaration of result. No application will be entertained after the given period.

INTERNAL POLICY OF COLLEGE EXAMS DECEMBER TEST 

    December tests are held from 1st year to 4th year. April/ promotion tests are held for 3rd year to get
    promotion in 4th year.
    i. It is essential to get 40% Marks in each subject (As per policy by Punjab University.)
    ii. No grace marks will be awarded.
    iii. Re-test facility will be given who are failing in two subjects.
    iv. It is compulsory to pass Pak. Studies, English and one of the elective subjects.
    v. M.C (Medical certificate) obtained from Govt. hospital will be accepted.

RULES & REGULATIONS OF FORM FILLING OF BOARD/UNIVERSITY. 

1. All mistakes of form filling is to be paid by the parents. 

2. M.C will be accepted before or during the exams. After the exams it will not be accepted or Rs.500/- is to be fined. 

3. if Mobile is found in the examination Hall, Rs.1000/- will be fined. 

4. Name of struck off students will be communicated to the parents. 

Second Shift 

The college is offering second shift academic session. Those students who do not come up the open merit policy of Government / Board / University in the morning session, may join us in evening session second shift.
All dues /Fee will be according to the Govt. admission rules but, they will have to pay Rs 3600/- per year additionally.
