FEE / DUES POLICY & PROCEDURE

1. Deserving students will be given financial support during the submission of admission and examination fee.
    At the end of every session, students will have to pay their dues for second year along with fine for      

    absentee and other irregularities.
2. During the 1St year session, Roll no slips will be issued just one week before the commencement date of   

    Board exams.
3. To collect the roll no slips, bring the receipt of your payment of 2nd year dues.
4. 3rd year will deposit their 4th year dues just after the promotion to 4th year, along with other fines.

RE-ADMISSION PROCEDURE

i. Struck-off students will write an application to the principal for re-admission.
ii. This application will be recommended by the principal.
iii. On the provision of application, the concerned clerk will issue a Challan form.

iv. Payment of the dues mentioned in the Challan form will be through bank.
v. One copy of deposit slip/receipt should be handed over to the clerk and another copy should be
noted down by the in-charge of re-admission, later on this receipt can be shown to the concerned subject teacher for re-entry in the register. • After the display of struck-off roll numbers, students will have to get re-admission within three days. Ignoring this period, they will be given ten days further with ten-rupee fine per day. Even if they are still indifferent or non-challan, their rolls will be permanently struck-off and will be given no more chance.
 Re-admission chance will be given once for all.
 The house exam result will not be declared unless re-admission is completed.
 Re-admission fee will be Rs. 150/=.
